  • The sermon is given by the preacher for the day.
  • Quiet and reflective in nature.
  • Uses most traditional form of liturgy from Book of Common Prayer.
  • Prayer Ministry station available.

10:30 am Chapel Service (2nd Floor, Belser Building)

  • Brief: one hour.
  • No cry is too loud. Children free to move around. Toddler crawling area in back.
  • Uses the Anglican form of liturgy.
  • Contemporary Worship.
  • Nursery Available.

Holy Communion, Rite II with Full Choir

  • All the bells and whistles!
  • Acolytes
  • Full choir
  • Music is blend of traditional hymns and new songs, emphasis on the former
  • Works alongside Children’s Ministry and a nursery is available
  • 3rd Sunday of the month includes service of Baptism when there are baptismal candidates
  • 4th Sunday of the month is Service of Morning Prayer, no Communion
  • Prayer Ministry stations available

6:00 pm
Contemporary Worship, Holy Communion, Rite II

  • Music led by Praise Team
  • Simple, less formal liturgy
  • Come as your are! (no dress code)
  • Designed to create more intimate “home-type” atmosphere
  • Joyful emphasis, energetic participation encouraged!
  • Prayer Ministry stations available
  • Nursery Available

Blessing of the Animals

This annual service that also remembers St. Francis of Assisi is on the first Sunday of October at the 6:00 pm service. We invite pets of all varieties to come to church with their owners for this special occasion.

Festival of Faith

St. Michael’s Annual Festival of Faith and Family Reunion!

A Must-attend event if you are
• a first timer at St. Michael’s!
• a longtime parishioner!
• on the outside looking into St. Michael’s
• single, married, with or without children!

Dress Casual

This Annual Meeting/Festival of Faith will be at 9:00 am. It is for all ages, entire families, and will last until the 10:30 am services begins. The meeting consists of:
• Vision casting by the Rector
• Voting on Vestry & Diocesan Convention Delegates

9:00 am    Annual Meeting in the Sanctuary
10:30 am  Shortened Morning Prayer in the Sanctuary, and Chapel service in the Kinloch Room
11:15 am  Potluck Picnic in the Churchyard
6:00 pm    Holy Communion, Rite II/ Contemporary Worship

A nursery will be provided for children under the age of 4 years. During the Annual Meeting (9:00 am – 10:15 am), children ages 4 – 9 will meet in the Kinloch Room to watch a movie. Children above 9 years old are welcome to come be helpers!
