In 1994 this guy was working as a $5.50 an
hour grocery bagger. Several years later, he would take the St. Louis Rams to the Superbowl twice, winning once. His name was Kurt Warner, plucked from an Iowa grocery store to put on shoulder pads and play on football’s largest stage. The Old Testament version of Warner is a humble guy named Moses, quietly tending some sheep for about the same wage when all of a sudden….oops, I’ll hold that for the sermon! Suffice it to say, could God be calling you to don the pads and get into the playing field of ministry?
