The New Year is upon us, with all of its opportunities, challenges, and resolutions. We pray that the coming year may be better than the past, but we often struggle to know what we can do to live into a brighter future. This morning we will look at one of the most ancient practices of the people of God, a practice stretching back thousands of years.
