Prayer Vigil

Almighty God, Judge and Redeemer of the world, we ask you to bless the Supreme Court and its justices with a spirit of wisdom, understanding, and discernment; grant that they may rightly and impartially interpret and administer the law;  through him who shall come to be our Judge, your Son our Savior Jesus Christ.  Amen.

On June 7th, the U.S. Supreme Court will hold a conference to consider our Petition for a Writ of Certiorari. This conference will determine if they will hear our case during the next term.

Bishop Mark Lawrence has declared June 7th as a Day of Prayer and Fasting for the Court and for the Church. Pray at home, or join others in the Chapel in the Pentecost House of Prayer.

You may also wish to attend the Special Service of Prayer led by Bishop Lawrence at Noon at St. Philip’s Church, 142 Church Street.
